Combine
ground beef, sausage, bread crumbs, onion, eggs, salt and
pepper. Mix well and shape into 1 inch meatballs. Brown
in hot oil. Drain and place meatballs in a deep 13 x 9 inch
baking dish.
Combine
cornstarch, vinegar, drained pineapple juice and sugar.
Cook the sweet and sour mixture over medium heat or in microwave
until clear and thickened.
Combine
with Worcestershire sauce, green pepper, pineapple chunks
and tomato sauce. Pour over meatballs and bake in 325°
oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes
about 6 dozen, depending on size of meatballs.

Then thaw, bake and make the sweet and sour sauce
